hiddenalbums.com is a hosting and link-sharing service. We provide the tools that let you store files and share private links — we do not create, curate, monitor, endorse, or own the content that users upload. You are solely responsible for everything you upload and share.

1. What this service is

hiddenalbums.com is a neutral technical platform — a host and pass-through for files and links that our users choose to upload and distribute. We act only as an intermediary that stores data and serves it to the people a user shares a link with. We do not review content before it is published, and the presence of content on the service does not imply we have seen, approved, or endorsed it.

2. You must be an adult

This service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or upload content. By using hiddenalbums.com you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Zero tolerance for content involving minors Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor is strictly prohibited, without exception. We report suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and related activity to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, and we preserve account data as required by law. Accounts involved are terminated immediately.

3. People in your content must be adults who consented

Every identifiable person depicted in any photo or video you upload must be an adult and must have consented to being depicted and to that content being stored and shared. You may not upload:

Any sexual or suggestive content depicting, or appearing to depict, a minor — real, simulated, illustrated, or AI-generated.
Intimate or explicit images of any person shared without their consent (so-called "revenge porn") or obtained through hidden recording, hacking, or deception.
Content that depicts non-consensual acts, trafficking, or coercion.

4. Don't share copyrighted material you don't own

You may only upload and share content that you own or have the rights to share. Do not use hiddenalbums.com to distribute copyrighted images, video, music, or other material that belongs to someone else without their permission. We respond to valid copyright complaints and will remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers. See our Report Abuse page to submit a takedown request.

5. Other prohibited uses

You may not use the service to store, share, or link to:

Anything illegal under applicable law, or content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
Threats, harassment, stalking, doxxing, or content intended to intimidate or harm others.
Malware, phishing, spam, or content designed to deceive or defraud.
Content that violates the privacy or publicity rights of others.

6. We will cooperate with law enforcement

We report illegal activity — particularly anything involving minors — to the appropriate authorities, and we comply with valid legal process. We may preserve, access, and disclose account information and content when we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to comply with the law, enforce these terms, or protect the safety of any person.

7. Removal & termination

We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account, at any time and without notice, if we believe it violates these terms or the law. Because we do not pre-screen content, enforcement is generally reactive — we act on reports and on material we become aware of.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. As a hosting intermediary, we are not responsible for user-generated content and disclaim liability for it to the fullest extent permitted by law. You agree to indemnify hiddenalbums.com against claims arising from content you upload or from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Reporting & contact

To report content that violates these terms — including content involving a minor, non-consensual material, or copyright infringement — use our Report Abuse page. Reports involving the safety of a minor are treated as the highest priority.
