The recipient needs this password to unzip the files. We can't recover it — keep it safe, and send it separately from the file.
Opening it: the ZIP uses strong AES-256 encryption. On most phones it opens with the built-in Files app. On a computer, the recipient may need a free tool like 7-Zip (Windows) or The Unarchiver / Keka (Mac) — the basic built-in unzip doesn't always support encrypted ZIPs.
